Balsamic Salad Dressing

This is a simple dressing that can be made in seconds, it makes a delicious dressing for any salad.

Method

Put all the ingredients into a jar. Secure the lid and give the jar a good shake, shaking the dressing is far quicker than stirring it.

If left the dressing will split, so before you use it again give it a good shake.

Ingredients

Equal measure of Summer Harvest rapeseed oil and balsamic vinegar.
1 glove of crushed garlic
Freshly ground black pepper
