Pre-heat oven to 200oC (180oC fan) or spark up the BBQ….
Snap of the woody end of each spear by simply bending until it snaps at a natural point.
Place the asparagus in a oven proof dish and splash over a good glug of ‘Summer Harvest Scottish Cold Pressed Rapeseed Oil’.
Sprinkle with sea salt and cracked black pepper.
Roast for 10 minutes.
