Fish in foil and potato salad.

This is a simple use of some of our products, not so much a recipe but some suggested uses…. These suggestions are ideal for BBQs, so we are going to keep things relaxed with no measurements and say, “cook for the amount of people you have around“.  

Potato salad (can be served hot or cold).

This can be prepared in advance if you are planning for a BIG BBQ.

Boil the potatoes until they fork tender, drain and mix with the mayonnaise and chives.

Fish in foil

Again these can be made in advance if you wish…

Cut the fish into single potions.

Place single potions of the fish in the foil, fold sides to create a foil bag.  Add a good splash of the lemon & honey dressing ( a crack of black pepper) and close the foil bag.

Place the bag on the BBQ and leave for 15 minutes.  (or place in a preheated oven 180oC for 20 minutes)

 

Plate and serve, perhaps add a splash more lemon & honey and dressing over the fish !!!!
