Our Double award winning Scottish 'Cold Pressed Rapeseed Oil' has a fresh light taste, is extremely versatile and can be used in salad dressings, salsas and marinades. With its high burning / flash point of 240oC the oil can also be used for roasting, baking and in your stir-fries.
With only 6% saturated fats, a high Omega 3 content, naturally occurring vitamin E and no trans fats, rapeseed oil clearly has nutritional benefits over other oils.

Ferneyfold Farm
Ferneyfold Farm is located in Madderty, Perthshire, Scotland and has been run by the same family for over 50 years. The farm is dedicated to producing food of the highest quality while undertaking various conservation projects which amongst other things attract wild life to the farm.

This year we were very proud to be short listed in three categories for the Scotland Food and Drink Excellence Awards 2010 - 'Soups, preserves and accompaniments', 'Food Service Product of the Year' and 'Environmental Sustainability'.
Soups, preserves and accompaniments – for our range of products: cold pressed rapeseed oil, raspberry dressing and chilli oil.
Food Service Product of the Year – for our cold pressed rapeseed oil in various sizes; 250ml bottle, 500ml bottle, 2.5l cans and 5l cans.
Environmental Sustainability - for our use of environmentally friendly products, our persistence of recycling as much as possible and our recyclable bottle scheme
